LUMINESCENCE by Anke Schiemann, She's Excited! and /p is an innovative Mixed Reality dome experience that merges the worlds of live concert, environmental and human interconnectedness, and audience engagement. This immersive experience explores the entanglement of climate change and the impact of oceanic currents on our planet's climate. Through a unique combination of dome visuals, live performance, interactive technology, storytelling and the shared creativity of the audience, LUMINESCENCE aims to captivate and spark conversations while fostering a deeper connection between interdisciplinary art, nature, and human emotion.

About the Director

Anne Wichmann aka She's Excited! is an award-winning music producer, powerhouse performer and sound artist based in Brooklyn and Munich. She develops and produces interactive immersive showcases that break down the barrier between audience and artist. (shes-excited.com)
Anke Schiemann, a media artist and filmmaker based in Berlin and Munich is interested in exploring new ways of narrative and shaping them into immersive, sensory installations. She experiments primarily with XR and spatialized sound, frequently collaborating with musicians. Anke‘s work deals with themes of hybridization in contemporary technological utopias and speculative futures in the age of the Anthropocene. (ankeschiemann.de)
/p is a German media artist based in Munich. /p has a degree in Computer Science and has been working on web based and media art projects since 1994. In 2018 /p started to collaborate on AR and AI artworks with the artist Tamiko Thiel and others. /p is gender neutral and uses no pronouns. (mission-base.com/p/)
