Project Description
Rapunzel.... is a lyrical fairytale short film about movement, curiosity, and discovery. At its heart is the young princess Rapunzel, who inhabits a solitary tower suspended in outer space and, on roller skates, ventures into the streets of the small town of Gera.
Blending classical illustration and hand-painted characters with the emerging possibilities of artificial intelligence, the film opens itself to the unknown with wonder and playfulness. Like its heroine, Rapunzel explores new worlds without preconception, embracing transformation and the poetry of motion.
A playful, emotional and surprising song with a unique, fresh voice rounds off the show.
